The Poppy Group is a team of Bay Area wedding planners working together to deliver professional Month-of Wedding Coordination services throughout Northern California. We help clients streamline the wedding planning process, by pairing couples with professionals who can finalize all of the details prior to the wedding day.
These “Poppy Planners” are hand-selected by our owner as talented event coordinators. Many come from a corporate event planning background, bringing a high level of professionalism and extensive event experience to your wedding planning experience. After an initial discovery call, we pair you with a Planner that we feel will be the best fit for your wedding. You will begin working with your Poppy Planner two months out from your date.

About the Founders & Owner
The Poppy Group was founded by professional Bay Area wedding planners in 2015, to serve clients in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area specifically looking for a reliable Month-of Coordination solution for their wedding. While many couples choose to do the majority of the wedding planning on their own, at The Poppy Group we believe it is essential that couples turn the reins over to a professional, enabling them, their family & their guests to enjoy the wedding day.
Current owner Corina Beczner brings over 17 years of wedding industry experience through her luxury wedding planning business, Vibrant Events, based in Sonoma County California. With her team of professional planners onboard and a network of reliable vendor relationships, Corina is leading The Poppy Group into this next decade with a vision to grow and a passion to serve.
